Arrangements for the beginning of Term 1: Wednesday January 30, 2013
FINAL and UP-DATED INFORMATION
Dear Parents / Guardians
On Wednesday January 30 Year 1 to Year 6 Classes will begin Term 1.
On arrival at the Junior School, all Year 1 to Year 6 students should report to their Grade/Classroom external area. Formalised Class Lists will be available, as will Junior School Teaching Staff to inform, advise, guide and support children.
There will be a Junior School Assembly at 8:45am on the Junior School Hard-court area to formally and prayerfully welcome all students to the new school year.
For the beginning of this short assembly, all students, Years 1 – 6, are asked to join their 2012 class rows.
New students will be welcomed and guided by staff to their relevant class /stage area.
At the conclusion of Mr Peterson’s welcome, students will be dismissed to a designated Stage locale where they will gather, under the supervision of their teachers, to be allocated to their classes for 2013.
The Junior School teaching and learning program for Term 1, 2013, will then promptly begin.
Please do kindly note that this information is in final clarification of all set arrangements for Wednesday.
