Meet the Tutor 2013
Dear Parents,
On Wednesday 13th February at 7.30 pm you are invited to ‘Meet the Tutor’.
This is an opportunity for parents of new students in the Senior School or parents of new students to the College to meet with their child’s Homeroom Tutor and Head of House. It is an opportunity to hear how things are tracking and to ask any questions that may have cropped up since the beginning of the year.
The evening will run as follows:
Welcome - Head of Senior School and Headmaster
Homework and Assessments – Mrs. Merrick – Director of Curriculum and Policy
Meet with Head of House
Meet with Homeroom Tutors
What you need to do:
· Ensure you know which House your child is attached to
· Ensure you know the name of your child’s Homeroom Tutor
The evening should not last more than an hour however in the past we have found this to be an invaluable time of sharing.
The venue for the evening will be the John Lambert Performing Arts Building. Heads of House will then take you away and introduce you to your child’s Homeroom Tutor.
I urge you to come along to the first of a number of evenings throughout the year.
