Please email me with your name and phone number and your ideal preference to help. It would be fantastic if you could give an alternative option.
Please feel free to give as much time as you can, for as you can appreciate if we do not have helpers the day cannot run.
We feel the roster system we used last year worked really well. We encourage you to get in early so that you can get the time and stalls you would like to work with on the day.
(Don’t forget it doesn’t have to be a parent; students, family members, friends or teachers are welcome to volunteer.)
Please contact me ASAP as tasks will be allocated on a first in basis.
Keep an eye on the sheet as I will update it regularly.
For those of you who cannot make it on the day we need support on the Friday morning before the Fete from 8.30am even if you have only ½ an hour that would be great.
Also we are looking for helpers on the Monday morning after the Fete from 8.30am to finalize the clean up. A little time is better than no time.
